Abbaye de Noirlac, Bruère Allichamps, France Mar 20 - May 16, 2016
The four-room installation at the Abbaye de Noirlac is conceived as a multilevel path for the viewer to navigate a contemporary reconfiguration of Flaubert's Madame Bovary. The work as a whole is thus a sort of "chamber installation," as in the original meaning of "chamber music" - a complex experience scaled to the spectator in the room.
