Autobiography of Looking begins with a celebratory opening reception and book launch at 6pm with a performance by special musical guest Michael Zerang.

Coinciding with the exhibition, the artist is producing a 260-page retrospective book designed by Sam Silvio and including essays by musicologist Ryan Dohoney, performer and dance historian Tara Aisha Willis, and art historian Chris Reeves. With an introduction by archivist and curator Mariana Mejía, along with a preamble by Sandra Binion. Available at the opening of the exhibition at Experimental Sound Studio on April 12, 2024.
